Born in Płock, Tadeusz Wybult graduated from the faculty of interior design at Politechnika Wrocławska in 1950s. He was author of set designs for dozens of films such as "Mother Joan of the Angels˛ ("Matka Joanna od aniołów"), "Passenger" ("Pasażerka"), "The Wedding" ("Wesele") and "Camouflage" ("Barwy ochronne"). In 1981 he gave up working in film.
